2. Digital Blood Pressure Monitors: These are electronic devices that usually consist of an inflatable cuff and a digital display. The cuff is wrapped around the upper arm, and the monitor automatically inflates and deflates it to measure blood pressure. The readings are displayed digitally on the screen, indicating the systolic and diastolic blood pressure values. Digital monitors may also have additional features, such as irregular heartbeat detection, memory storage for multiple readings, and the ability to calculate average blood pressure values over time.

Blood pressure machines are commonly used in medical settings, but there are also portable versions available for home use. Regular monitoring of blood pressure is recommended to keep track of cardiovascular health and to aid in the diagnosis and management of conditions such as hypertension (high blood pressure) or hypotension (low blood pressure).
